These recordings are from a Pranayama intensive that Stephanie led from the 8th of August to Friday the 22nd of August 2025. These online sesshin(s) are to offer a space of intensive pranayama practice.

Each class is 50 minutes.

The classes include digital pranayama and students should have already learnt the digital techniques as taught in the Iyengar Yoga system.

The recordings will be available for 5 weeks from the date of purchase.
