These recordings are from a 6 week series of Pranayama classes that Stephanie led from the 3rd of November to the 8th of December 2023.

Each class is 1 hour and 15 minutes.

These classes are suitable for all students of Yoga who have studied in the Iyengar Method and have learnt the basic understanding of pranayama practice in the supine and seated positions. Please note that digital pranayama is included in some classes. Students will need to have already learnt the positioning of the hand for those practices.

The recordings will be available for 6 weeks from the date of purchase.
